- When visiting us - you can pay for the service or Certificate by cash or by credit card;
- When ordering an electronic certificate - you can pay under invoice or by credit card online. To order this service - please  request us to mops.dayspa@gmail.com
- When ordering a Certificate Delivery Service - you can pay under invoice or by credit card online. Delivery is carried out after receiving confirmation of 100% prepayment. We accept orders by phone 928 44 50, or by mail mops.dayspa@gmail.com

RETURN RULES
Are regulated by the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 "On Consumer Protection".

The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with a service that fully complies with his Order, the description of which corresponds to the information provided to the Buyer on the website. When providing a service from an Order that does not correspond to the description posted on the Seller’s website, the Buyer has the right to demand return of previously paid money for this service indicating the reasons for which it requires such a return.

The seller does not return the previously paid money for the service that does not meet the Buyer's subjective expectations, but fully corresponds to his Order and the description posted on the Seller’s website.

The return of cash by the Seller at the reasonable request of the Buyer is carried out according to the method of payment previously selected by the Buyer.

The return by the Seller of the funds transferred by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Buyer's bank card within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the Buyer's request for refund.

The Seller has the right to suspend the return of funds to the Buyer if he has sufficient grounds to believe that there are illegal actions on the part of the Buyer.

The Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer to return the money if he has evidence of illegal actions on the part of the Buyer.
